The evening will open with a Cacao ceremony and heartful meditation led by Jayna. Cacao has a wonderfully gentle effect on our system, allowing us to tumble from the worries of our heads to the soft space of our hearts.  

Tanya will then speak with you about the importance of our sexual evolution, the beauty of connecting to yourself, the wonder of our true nature and how to find centre in the confusion of societies expectations. 
We will integrate and ground through a sound healing from Jayna, who uses Alchemic crystal bowls, gongs precision, wind chimes and her voice as a channelling lullaby to take you to a place of warm clarity and feeling. 
Our night will close with an open forum for questions and a reading of 2 from the book GASP, which is what has brought us all together. You will leave feeling centered, grounded, mellow, inspired and ready for love. 

Through focusing on our own evolution we can create more love in the world, by making more love in our world.
